Everything a business needs to take advantage of Huey tools is available as soon you are a paid member. The whole idea is to empower employees to create positive change that results in more productivity and profits. As easy as the tools are, some companies may not have experience in dealing with “Soft Tools”, tools which deal with motivation of others. For this and as part of your paid membership, the company will receive an initial block of up to 4 hours for application training.

Every business is unique in their needs so we also allow for you to specify how you want that training focused. Our first ½ hour will be allotted for navigation and general understanding of how the site operates. The remaining time will be targeted for areas that concern the company the most. Some examples are:

  Management Workshop - Train the front line of management which will repeat this education portion for fellow    employees. Managers will be taught on how to use the multiple companies, branches, divisions, departments and job tools.    After learning of the resourceful management tools, objectives will be discussed on the companies overall goals and how to    go about achieving them.

  Pilot-Group Workshop – Deliver an inspirational focus on the company’s use of the tools. Relate this to the front line    employees and demonstrate the personal rewards they get and how they are aligned with the company’s results. (Popular     for small business)

  Speaker Format – For some larger companies with either the facility or the resources to book larger conference rooms,   the personal use of our tools can be delivered in a motivational seminar. The great part about using this format is that it   delivers great value across a broad base of all employees and/or family members. You are only limited by the amount of    time and resources you want to commit, however, the impact is more immediate and the return on investment is greater.

In conclusion, there really is only a 3-4 hour commitment by a company to begin using The Huey System immediately. Once you start using it, you will be able to customize the resources in Huey to the existing programs you may already have in place. Furthermore, you may contract directly with The Huey Systems, Inc. or any authorized reseller to have more specific training as outlined under “Areas of Focus”.
